Our values and beliefs led us to choose for a family type breeding. That means in essence :
- Breeding in a property that is large enough to allow our dogs to roam at their leisure. We could not imagine for a moment that they would live in cages. Our dogs live with us. They are part of our family.
- Respecting the quality of life and life cycles of our breeding males and females. We are definitely against intensive breeding and its excesses.
- Honouring the veterans who are our memory. We provide them with a happy and quiet life within our family until they leave us.
- Limiting the number of our dogs to approximately ten. This allows us to share quality time with each of them.
- Focusing solely on one race, the Dogue de Bordeaux as it is our passion and our love.
Christel ROLLINAT, a French journalist with the "30 Millions d'Amis" magazine has written about us : 'If paradise exists for the Dogue de Bordeaux, it could be there, in that farm situated in les Landes, in the South West of France where everything has been organised for them. There are no kennels, no bars. Dogs live with their pack and with their family" (Extract from the magazine N° 102 published in August 1995). |
